One great day came, and fast went away
The life force in daddy,escaped him that day
I called on my inner most strength
To hold myself stead
I knew by days end, my daddy'd be dead
He stood tall as mountains
Stood straighter than nails
And all of my life,that strength never failed
There's no one else
Who made me feel proud
And I could hear him calling
Even when I was in a crowd
He roared like a tiger
And ate like a bear
But he looked after me
